Book #2 and we still find Rayah struggling against the rules of the Academy, trying to muster her light and powers, and discovering many a truth. Fear of the different, arrogance of the strongest, abuse, pursue of freedom, are between the topics covered. Another cliff-hanger ends the book, and I can’t wait to start book 3. I loved every single page of this book, that had me hooked from page one – again.
